The M&Ms: The Mature and Motivated of CEFC
Who are we? We are
the Mature and Motivated of Clinton Evangelical Free Church. You can
find us everywhere. We enjoy talking with you, hearing about your
families and personal lives. We are ageless and can relate to everyone
because we've been children, grown up as teenagers, and seen life as
young adults. We've had pressures, been through trials, seen disasters
and weathered them all with GRACE, JOY and PEACE in our Lord Jesus
Christ.
M&M Ministries
The M&Ms hold a monthly luncheon on the third
Thursday of every month at 11:30 a.m. The monthly potluck is a time of
fellowship, worship and variety. There may be a special speaker, fun
event, story share time, or a time to work on individual goals. It is
always a great time of fellowship and delicious food.
The M&Ms try to take quarterly day trips to
places where we can learn and have fun. Sometimes they are mystery
trips--attendees don't know the location until they get there. Whether
it's a state park, a museum, the Imax Theater, a musical production, or
a visit to the river, everyone thoroughly enjoys the fun and
fellowship.
Often the M&Ms plan a special retreat during
the year where the goal is to enjoy recreation, rest and renewal of
spirit with time for meditation, crafts, motivational speakers and good
food.
You are invited to come away with us anytime. For
more information on what's happening, click the Upcoming Events link or
check out the M&M bulletin board in the church where the hallways
meet.
